Value	Description
Dollar per Install	The merchant pays a flat commision for each app installed.
Dollar per Lead	The merchant pays a flat commision for each lead generated.
Dollar per Sale	The merchant pays a flat commission for each sale.
Dollar per Signup	The merchant pays a flat commission for each signup.
Percent per Sale	The merchant pays a percentage of the cart subtotal for each sale.
