Specifies constants that define the opt-in type of an email list.

Value	Description
No Opt In	Users might not be asked if they want to join the email list.
Single Opt In	Users will be asked if they want to join the email list.
Double Opt In	Users will be asked if they want to join the email list and then subsequently confirm via a confirmation email.
